Best Mates is not a pet insurance plan, the annual program provides you will real savings across regular veterinary expenses such as vaccinations, desexing, dental work and medications.

These guys looked after our previous dog Buddy who passed three yrs ago and now they are just as beautiful with our new dog. Unfortunately we had to visit recently and Amy was just beautiful with our new pup and we couldn't have been happier with her service. Noone likes having to go to the vets but it's comforting to know when we do visit, our pets are in great hands. Thank you again

Took our new kitten in that we had gotten for free a couple of days ago in for a checkup just to make sure she was healthy. The vet was absolutely lovely and gave us great advice checked her out and gave her a worming tablet and didn't charge us for a consultation.
Amazing service, fantastic staff, relaxing friendly environment, so greatful and appreciative of their service. Would not go anywhere else 5 star :) :)
