I was looking for Landscaping Insurance for my new business. I filled in the online form and received a reply from Amit almost immediately. He was able to give me a quote and policy details, and answered any questions I had. I then went away to think about it, refined my turnover amount, and emailed Amit again for a new quote. I appreciate that Amit responded promptly both times, wasn't put out when I needed to refine my turnover, and respected my need to think it over for a while before I was ready to move ahead. I filled in a request for public liability insurance quote on Covertradie website through a Google search within about 1 hour on a Sunday I had an email back with the quote attached and a covering letter explaining the quote and if I needed to Clarify or add anything to either email or phone anytime, so I phoned asked my questions, got things added to the policy and the following day accepted the quote and paid.
The certificate of currency was in my inbox Monday afternoon.
