Apartments are serviced weekly, are air conditioned and have full kitchen facilities. The sofa bed in the living area can be converted to a comfortable double bed on request.

Excellent value for money. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out as well as an early check in. The apartment's kitchen and bathrooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and warm on a cold winter day. The location was convenient, not too far from the city and Suncorp stadium.

First, the manager mislead us about the reliability of the wifi. It was spotty or down much of our stay.
Second, upon arrival we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The biggest problem was urine stains on and around the toilet, but yet the lid had a paper band certifying sanitization. Entire apartment was dirty: shower, bed frame, floor kitchen cabinets.
We cleaned and vacuumed as we found apartment spacious and accommodating.
Also a weekly cleaning is very minimal, so we didn't want to use their services but cleaned ourselves.
Have to mention that there is a swimming pool but didn
