The floor in the morning was dirty, and lots of dust was under my wedding gown as I had to walk around the tiny space. I later had to spend time to try a s clean all the bits of coloured yarn off it and out of the protective bag!
They didn’t seem to be too helpful with wedding dress alterations. I was told that the train is too heavy and not possible for a bustle. I paid $550 for a ribbon to be moved and the front part of the lace hem to be taken up.
I ended up going to a clean, bridal alterations specialist, to have the underlay fabric part altered to have the train flow better as it was bunching

Final Touch Alterations did an excellent job altering my daughter's ball dress. The dress was fully sequined and needed extensive alterations to make the dress fit my daughter's small frame. The alterations were completed to an extremely high standard and the service was both friendly, professional and very good value for the amount of work involved. The dress looks like it has been custom made to measure and my daughter couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you.

I’ve had the best experience having my wedding dress altered at Final Touch. When picking my dress up from the wedding dress shop it was way too big so I raced to Final Touch. I took my bridal gown to Final Touch after being unhappy with alterations I had done elsewhere. I can not say enough good things about this place. Mai was amazing, meticulous, and thorough when it came to my alterations. In all I need the bust taken in and ultimately some padding added, an intricate hem taken up and a bustle done. The price was fair and the workmanship was excellent!
To top everything off, when I casually mentioned I took the train down to all of my fittings, she insisted I let her have my dress delivered to my house.
Such amazing customer care. Can't wait for my wedding day!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mai from Final Touch Alterations. I bought my wedding dress from a reputable Perth bridal store and had a disastrous experience. Multiple seamstresses refused to touch my gown until I met Mai who carried out extensive alterations including re-working the entire front of my dress, let it out by 5cms, added off the shoulder straps and lace and beading detail, hemmed, added bustle, removed 20 buttons and replaced with crystal buttons with invisible reinforcement (hook and eyes) and made a pocket square for my husband using my hem material. Thoroughly recommend Final Touch alterations. Mai was my fairy godmother when it came to my wedding dress! I didn't realise how much time was needed to alter the dress. My dress was purchased from Luv Bridal and formal in Como towards the end of May, and I was getting married in August. Apparently that's not a lot of time to alter a dress, but Mai made it work. Mai was very honest and professional, her appointments were quick and efficient. I loved my wedding gown, and she even let my mum spend some time in her studio :)
