The modality of Kinesiology refers to a style of practice that utilizes the muscle test result to uncover your true cause of dis-ease by bypassing the conscious mind. There are many different styles of Kinesiology and the treatment that you get from one Kinesiologist to another of a different style, might be vastly different.
While I was working with Clients in my Progressive Kinesiology practice, I became increasingly aware that I was being guided to open up to higher methods of healing. I had severe vision fatigue and the sensation that I was going blind! When I did some self testing around this issue, I realized that I had a limiting belief that I could not have my psychic vision as well as my worldly vision.
Quite simply, Meditation refers to the art of relaxation. It is a technique that can be learned in order to opt out of the stress response and into the relaxation response, even during intensely stressful situations. By learning this technique of concentratible focus upon a sound, an object, the breath, movement, visualization or super focussed attention itself, we can train our brains to take a break from active thought.
