The Keema story begins in 1950, with the arrival of John Van Riel and his family from Holland. Trained in the Netherlands as a lawyer, John qualified as an accountant when he arrived in Australia before he decided to open a small workshop in Dutton Park. Attached to a BP service station, the mechanical workshop had a car hoist and did oil changes and repairs.

No star if there was there was an option. DO NOT GO THERE. Horrible service, left our car there to get service and fix, took months and constantly telling us our car is ready that day but yet no call at all to confirm it and kept saying its not ready so why call to say its ready when its not. Common sense clearly not good for them. Instead of calling to keep us updating on parts we were waiting for, we had to constantly call them. In the end they did nothing helpful and said they order the wrong part. Waste our time. Also had the audacity to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for doing nothing

While serving my EV they reduced the range with this home update. I would like this revered.
Also no help after a week of asking to reinstate my auto app. Think a Tesla would be the better bet.

Don't trust service advice given and look for the hidden charges.
My situation: Advised service adviser of issue with vibration when braking on car with less than 30k km and about 1.5 years old. Was told brake rotors need machining at additional cost to me. they also advised of uneven Tyre ware.
After getting nowhere with Hyundai customer care got the car reviewed by another mechanic and found brakes are fine, no issue that would cause vibration and also found Wheel alignment was WAY out from factory but this is not checked by dealer before delivery.... New tires and full wheel alignment and

All the cars looked great and showroom was nice but standing around at the reception desk for 30mins with no help while everyone is in closed door meetings isnt what i had in mind. It says they open at 8 am so you think there would be someome to help you at 8:50 am.
My partner had a few question about one of your cars she was intrested in. which we left having unanswered.

Im yet to have a positive experience with this dealership. Their service department has never successfully completed a service on the Jeep despite multiple attempts, and they can’t reschedule an appointment or loan car to save their lives.

Honestly, my head fell off my shoulders with the pleasurable experience of buying my now daily drive from Keema Isuzu Ute at Mt Gravatt (Bne). A small and efficient outfit, I must say I was 100% truly satisfied with the way business started, proceeded and concluded. Great people, great deal ... and oh, a great car !! We have been always skeptical of car dealers, the fear that they are always trying to sell something while trying to hide the faults. We came across Keema Mt Gravatt while searching on the internet for Subaru XV. Gary who is friendly, patient and non-pushy, attended to us during the inspection. We asked if all the recalls had been done. Gary didn't just do a computer check, but he took the initiative to send the car to Subaru to have the recall done. We did a second inspection days later and closed the deal. Before the collection of the car, it failed the road worthy test which was a good thing

Nice and neat sales premises with friendly enough floor staff. As for Hyundai cars, I'll leave that for the buyer to decide, except to say that this is my second Hyundai. First was the ix35 and now the Tucson Highlander.
Like all car dealers, helpful and friendly when they try to sell you a car.
Once they have your money, they become less helpful, even when they say to call in when you have a problem.
I'll waiting to see how the annual services on the capped price servicing go.
