A Made to Measure Mattresses mattress all have one common feature, they are built using a very supportive bonnell spring system, which includes additional side support springs to ensure total use of the sleeping surface. This also becomes very important in a boat, caravan, and motorhome where we may sit on the edge of the bed more than we would at home.
We love all of the comforts of home while sailing the waterways, and a good nights sleep after our day of sailing, fishing or exploring is essential. We make innerspring, latex or foam mattresses in many shapes and sizes, to suit V-Berths, rounded end island beds and odd shaped cut out mattresses. There is no such thing as a standard boat mattress.
One of the many joys of sleeping in a camper trailer is the places it can take you and the wonderful experiences you can have. After a hard day driving and exploring it is important to get a good nights sleep ready for the next day. Made to Measure Mattresses have specifically designed a mattress for camper trailers - the low profile mattress - as it is lower in height but high in comfort.
We make our caravan mattresses with home style comfort in mind. There are many travellers who are on the road in their caravan long term, so the comfort their mattress needs to duplicate that of their home mattress. Caravan mattresses normally have cut corners, either straight or rounded, so there is more space to move around the mattress.

I note I am not the only customer who has been given the 'run around' by this business . Never answer the phone and only respond to emails if you ask for a receipt of your money to be refunded. Always blame covid for delay. Always get message that the order is about to be completed and just waiting for the paper work to be sent through to the office. I thought I was the only customer who was being shamed into believing I was an impatient and ungrateful person (as I was told by owner) - all other customers have been understanding and patient . Sick of having the covid outbreak being used as an excuse

Awesome service every time. I have now had 4 mattresses made from Made to Measure Mattresses over the past 10 years for our caravans, boat and house. The mattresses are beautifully made and in their factory by hand, very skilled. I'm not very tech savvy so don't know how to upload a photo but the boat mattress and the shape turned out perfect. Great experience from the first phone call to pick up. Customer service = spot on. Pricing = very reasonable for a hand made/shaped product right there in their factory in Clontarf, QLD. Love love love our new caravan mattress!! Service was great! I was a little worried about ordering a mattress sight unseen as we are interstate, but the communication and explanations were fantastic and the mattress received is better than expected. Pricing is very reasonable also considering they hand make/shape the mattresses from scratch. We will be ordering our next mattress for home from Made to Measure Mattresses as well.
