We are Dental Board Certified Paediatric Dentists who have an extra three years of specialised training after qualifying as a general dentist. If you are looking for the perfect kids' dentist, who is also able to provide orthodontics, then we are the place to go. We have two different locations where you can see a paediatric dentist and have all of the orthodontic needs of your child met.
He has also obtained his Diploma in Conscious Sedation and Pain control at Westmead Hospital. Dr Chinh Nguyen graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1992. He completed a further 3 years specialty training in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Sydney in 1997.
We don't think of tooth decay as being a disease or illness like, say, Chickenpox but they are considered to be contagious. Streptococcus Mutans is a strain of bacteria involved in the process of tooth decay. Researchers believe that this bacteria can be passed from you to your baby through saliva by sharing spoons, testing foods before feeding them to your baby, and cleaning off a pacifier in your mouth instead of with water.

Preventive treatments like dental sealants are one of the many services Specialist Kids Dentist offer our patients in Liverpool and Penrith. Sometimes brushing is not enough, especially when it comes to those hard-to-reach spots in your child's mouth. It is difficult for a toothbrush to reach between the small cracks and grooves on teeth.

I am not usually the type of person that does these kind of things but after my experience with Dr Chinh I felt compelled to. What a amazing all round experience. he is so patient and kind with children and he is highly skilled in his profession and the passion that he has for helping children just radiates from the moment you meet him. I'm sad I can only give 5 star because he deserves 10. My son needed quite a big operation and he was just awesome from start to finish. highly recommended!!!!

Dr Chinh is an amazing dentist who has a way with children. He's done a lot of work, capping, filling etc for my little one and looked after us very well before, during and after the operation.
The Liverpool office is a destination in itself with a playroom, arcade and video games for the little ones.
