Postage charges will be calculated as part of the check-out process, taking into account parcel size/weight and destination. You will be offered a choice between Australia Post - Parcel Post, Australia Post - Express Post and TNT Road Express. I was having problems with my edible printer and when I came in to try and fix it, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Samantha helped me to fix my printer and told me about little tricks I can use to make life easier when using it. She was very friendly and I am so happy that my printer is now working! Huge thank you to the entire team at Hallam my dream cakes. Anita gave us the most gorgeous cake for my sisters 40th, I was elated with the reveal, certainly 5 Star look. The next day I had a disaster! I underestimated the temperature of my car floor and during transport the cake heated too much and it crashed into the side of the box. The My Dream Cakes girls were amazing! I took the cake to them and 2 hours later I was on my way to the party with a gorgeous cake again. If I could give them an infinity and 1 star, I would. My sister loved how beautiful the cake was and the red velvet was delicious

Absolutely fantastic service from the girls up here. Lockdown has been hard but these girls are just troopers with their click and collect services. They are always so cheerful and polite and patient with customers especially the ones who just turn up thinking they can just walk in during a state wide lockdown. When I came and picked up my pre booked click and collect yesterday I could hear the phone ringing constantly and see the girls running around with a pile of orders in their hands but they still have a smile on their face and are so lovely. Yesterday I was unsure if they did click and collect as it wasn’t stated online. So once I arrived the staff were extremely rude addressing the fact they were only doing click and collect., which i was unaware about. I then placed an order online. The order took almost 5 hours for 4 items and they said it would be no more then 2 hours. Which was disappointing as this cake had needed to be made before the afternoon. Overall disappointed with the service but happy with the products received.

I visited the Hallam store for the first time today and the experience was fantastic. The staff there are so friendly and welcoming and help you from start to finish once you walk in the door. I called a few times before I came down and they answered my every query and never once made me feel like a bother. The dark haired girl there helped me over the phone and in store with all the gel colours I needed from the pictures I showed her and all the flower equipment I needed to make my flowers from scratch. She even helped bring everything to the car. Great service. And the prices were the cheapest

Love love love this shop. It has anything and everything a cake maker need. Postage also very reasonable and fast delivery too. Customer service is excellent. During this pandemic My Dream Cake Pakenham as been amazing as I have been getting supplies a few times a week and each time it has been seamless and easy from ordering online or calling up to place a order. Customer service is above my expectations as all staff have been great by always greeting me in a friendly manner and by name and if needing… helping with products or advice they are more than willing to help. I did a course today on ganache and fondant cake making. The class was taken by Michelle who was lovely and taught the techniques very well and easy to follow. She made the day fun and we all went home with a beautiful cake and a sense of achievement. Will definately do another course at My Dream Cake in the future. Thankyou Warm regards

I have cakes on a semi professional level and I rely on my dream cake shop for everything. They have my orders ready every time without a problem. Delivered to my door 2 hours drive away for under $5 and there within 3 to 4 days every time. Their stock is phenomenal, everything I could ever need and they're only ever an email or phone call way when I need advice. I love these guys so much.
