Went with family to book a place to stay after selling house and the receptionist was very rude in personal view. Asked my family how heavy and tall we all were. We all felt very uncomfortable with the idea of staying there after moving from our house. I wouldn't want to go there, even if I haven't been there I will still not want to. Terrible customer service and terrible job at making people feel like they are welcome to come and stay.

Over priced. Dirty. Facilities in the cabin were old and not working. Bev the reception lady was rude and condescending. Unnecessary comments. Multiple attempts to charge extra fees that were clearly not outlined anywhere just to get an extra buck. Highly recommend staying here if you want a terrible experience.

Overtly discriminatory about having children at the park. The lady on booking was rude and snappy, price went from $280 per week to $490 for having two school aged children in a self contained caravan.. the lady clearly mentioned they have absolutely no facilities at the park for children, so why would anyone pay prices compatible to a park with multiple children’s amenities. This lady was rude and nasty I would never recommend spending money at a park who feels it’s ok to treat people in such a manner.

We had a bad night camping in the pastures up the mountains so we decided to book a cabin with Ocean View Tourist Park. Boy is this place a god send! The lady was so kind and when she heard about our situation, she kindly allowed us to come in at 10am when the check in was at 2. We were allowed to use the camp kitchen for breakfast and I was really glad I could finally make a warm breakfast and coffee for myself and my shivering partner. She also very kindly gave us the cabin keys slightly earlier so we could get ourselves and our stuff dry. Honestly the location is beautiful, never mind the traffic

The lady was extremely abrasive when we were making our booking. We only wanted to stay one night but insisted on paying for 2 as it was the Easter weekend (we were okay with this). We wanted to change our booking dates and she said that we should have been charged for 3 nights then insisted we paid for 4 if we wanted to change our stay which we only wanted 1 night. We decided not to change our stay to during the week and stuck with our original booking on the weekend.
Upon arrival she was complaining about the other guests and was quite rude. However, her husband was lovely and helped us guide

Layout and facilities are good, a little cramped for spacing. The grassy tent spaces had a shallow layer of gravel, you're sure to bend all your pegs. This place is better for camper vans and caravans. It's well located as a platform to see what the local area has to offer. If you like coffee give Peter the coffee guy a visit, 2 mins up the road serving coffee from a small truck. Incredible espresso.
