Hi! Very unimpressed with your service. We booked a technician to come twice and both times we were told incorrect times and technician never showed up. We reorganised our days to make sure we were home to at least meet the technician to explain the issue, which is difficult when you have 2 young kids and weekend activities to do. First time was on Mother’s Day weekend. We were told the technician would arrive anytime between 8am-1pm. Technician didn’t arrive.
