Yes, all construction projects over 10 sqm do require a building permit regardless if attached to house or freestanding. Q: Do TrimBuilt provide plans & permits?

Trimbuilt is very knowledgable and are great at providing creative solutions for tough/tricky projects. They have a good attention to detail and are very thorough in final walkthrough, making sure every item is completed to your satisfaction. The level of service is much better than some other GC's I have worked with in the past. I definitely recommend!

This company blew me away with it's Professional Honorable people from the staff to the owner! I've never, in 38yrs have come across a such Honorable, Understandimg, Giving, Polite and UNDERSTANDING building Company in my life.
