Our physiotherapists have experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating sports injuries in all levels of sport. At sportsfizz, our Physiotherapists are experienced in working with athletes across a range of sports including Soccer, rugby, AFL and netball.

Age-related musculoskeletal conditions are extremely common, especially in the: hip, neck and lower back, shoulder, knee and ankle. Sportsfizz physiotherapists have undergone WorkCover training courses and are accredited to treat patients under this scheme.

Our therapists have a strong relationship with numerous orthopaedic surgeons and adhere to specific post-op protcols which ensures a collaborative approach to your care.
Our physiotherapists have experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating sports injuries suffered by athletes confirming in all levels of sport. The largest risk factor associated with many sporting injures is previous injury. Our long-term goal is to prevent the recurrence of the current issue but also to avoid secondary injuries on return to sport.
The prevalence of injury amongst the adolescent population is very high. Culturally in Australia, sport in the younger population is very popular. Unfortunately injuries do occur and need to be managed to minimise chronicity and return the young athlete to sport safely. At Sportsfizz, our Physiotherapists are experienced in working with athletes across a wide range of sports including Soccer, Rugby, AFL and Netball.
Pilates exercises consist of more than 500 exercises that are done either on a mat on the floor, or using special exercise equipment. It is a technique that focuses on core strengthening, balance, and flexibility. Pilates based rehabilitation is one of the most effective forms of physiotherapy to treat knee, back, hip, shoulder and repetitive stress injuries.
A very common degenerative articular cartilage condition that can occur in any joint of the body is osteoarthritis (OA). At this stage, in line with the most up-to-date research exercise still remains the best symptomatic treatment for maintenance and pain reduction for patients suffering with OA.

Went in with a sore back and neck. Left with a sore back and neck.
Absolute joke of a treatment. The physio didn't even ask me to perform a standard test to see how limited my movements were. No proper assessment was done whatsoever.
I was given just a simple massage and heat pack treatment and was then told to "come back in a couple of days".

The best physio ive been to, Peter, Emma and Eric are amazing, definately worth a visit, it just started with back pain and now i regularly visit every month to keep up with my fitness. Any pain specially back pain ,they are very professional and helpful finding the issue and dealing with it

Michael did a brilliant job of fixing my knee. I hadn't been able to run for more than 2 years. Before seeing Michael I saw two very experienced physios but they weren’t able to help. After I started seeing Michael I was running again within 3 months.
I originally injured my right mcl playing soccer. Another physio at the time was able to sort things out and I was back to sport. A year later I re-injured the same mcl again while snowboarding. I saw the same physio and he was able to help me fix the injury. But something strange happened and after my first game of soccer I had terrible pain in
