We had a major problem with sewage backing up our drains and all over the floor.
We call Luke frantic about the situation and he immediately come to our home, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and his prices were less than what other plumbers quoted me.
An honest tradie with great service - he could have taken advantage of our desperate situation but he didn’t

A big shout out to Luke from wombat drains for helping me out early morning on Saturday with blocked drains in my toilet. Luke arrived on time and impressed me with his thorough investigation and resolution. He was transparent throughout the process and showed me pre and post images/ video of the work conducted. His charges were very reasonable given I called him on weekend. I would highly recommend wombat drains to anyone and will call them every time as required in future.

My 91 year old grandpa had a plumber quote him $29000 who made him sign contracts and take advantage of him. The grandkids stopped it and got Luke in who came the next day. Luke was done in 2.5 hours and charged him $430!!!!

I contacted Wombat Drains regarding a drainage issue I had around the place. What impressed me was Luke's willingness to spend time over the phone to understand the issue better and suggest corrective options. While Luke was spot-on with his analysis, his honesty is what impressed me further. He suggested that if I contacted the utility company they could do the job free of cost....and they did so ! It is very rare to see this type of honesty in a trade where call-out fees are charged just for someone to turn up.
