The Best Western on Frederic St Albany is perfectly located - convenient for walking around the city centre.
The Manager Vanessa was helpful as were the other staff members.
Room: Very good pillows/mattress and most importantly a lovely hot shower - ticked all the boxes for what we needed to come back and relax. Thank you - will be sure to visit againb.

Booked in July through Agoda with the request make for a room on a higher floor. We checked in yesterday, November. The room we were given was #9 ground floor, UNDER the stairs, opposite the cleaners storeroom. When we checked in there were drunk, swearing and smoking people draped over the balconies higher up, and around the ground floor. Room 9 had dirty carpet, vacuuming patchy.
We had to have the lights on all the time on a sunny Albany day, to even see ourselves, room truly a larger cupboard with no outlook other than into the cleaners storeroom and minimal natural light. The woman on reception

We have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love coming. Location is the best just a couple of minutes walk to town centre and coffee shops restaurants etc.
Refurbished room king bed with balcony . Nice comfy bed and pillows TV channels all worked supplied a microwave.
Loved the new big new black fridge room for bottles and everything.
Great hot water pressure and water always hot.
Very clean the house keeping staff are wonderful and always seeing if you need anything extra towels . Lovely fluffy white towels and other items.
Reception staff are so helpful helping us organise a last

I just wanted to publicly acknowledge how exceptionally clean your rooms continue to be.. the bed and pillows are so comfortable. Sheets & towels are pure white and of good quality.
The cozy communal lounge room with the wood fire and complementary tea & coffee is such a welcoming gesture at reception.
The rooms are fully equipped with everything you would need on a long or short stay. Great location.

This easy access motel is literally in the heart of the town, walking distance to waterfront, many fantastic eateries and bars and all shops. We had a top floor room(3floors)and had a great view of the bay and the mountains. The lobby has a wonderful cosy seating area out the back with a great coffee machine and other drinks. Room has a fridge and is spacious and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.
