All Roofing Services (ARS) specialises in roof replacement for Sydney homes. We can change just about any roof into a new Colorbond or Zincalume metal roof. We pride ourselves on providing service which is More Than You Expect! That means we are on time, we complete the work when we say we would and there are no extra or hidden.
A new Colorbond roof is lighter than tiles so it is a good option on old roof where the roof or building structure has begun to sag, crack or twist under the weight of the old tiled roof. A tiled roof is more susceptible to severe hail damage than a metal roof as even new tiles can crack with good size hail, whereas the metal may be dented, but not break.
Your roof protects your home and your family day in and day out. My quote was for replacement of 7M of straight guttering on a one story building. The quote was $1474. can't comment on their work but had to select a star to be able to do a review.
My advice is to get at least 3 quotes before selecting All Roofing Services. Again get other quotes, one supplier wanted $2915.
I found good tradesmen for $554.
I also costed the items at Bunnings and it came to around $160.

The person who did the quote, Michael, was very helpful and available. He explained to me in details what needed to be done and why, which helped me understand what was required and made me feel comfortable. Then they were able to start the work within 2 weeks which I fell was a good timeframe. Simon was looking after the repairs and he was very friendly and great at communicating before coming on site and during the repairs. The works have 2 years warranty which gives me peace of mind. Jo-Anne in the office was also very friendly and helpful.

From the first call-out for quoting Julian and the team at All Roofing were prompt, professional and courteous. Great communication kept us updated when rain delayed the job.
