Party People DJ's were recommended to me by a friend for my partners 40th Birthday, so pleased that we used them as they were great. David (DJ) and Lee (Owner) were really lovely to work with, accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again for our part next year. There were a few more recent songs that the DJ didn't have access to, but we did have a 50/60s themed party so, all in all, it was fine. Great set up with lights etc.

Working with Lee from Party People DJ's was flawless. He accommodated to everything we needed and the communication was prompt and professional for our wedding. With so many things to organise in the last few weeks it was great to hear from Lee when he checked in as I'm sure there would've been things I've missed. On the night, we had Aleks and he was incredibly accommodating to the guests for their requests. He also looked like he thoroughly enjoyed himself and he was an absolute pleasure. Thank you to the team! Everyone danced all night.

We used this company for my wedding this month due to their quality reviews and claims to have experienced DJs. What we got was quite different.
The DJ played no songs on the playlist that we requested ahead of time, he was absent for half the night sitting down with guests and my bridesmaids had to take over! He also had the cheek to complain to me (the bride) about noone dancing.
The dancefloor remained empty the whole night.
When we tried to speak to the company about our experience we were given platitudes.
Be careful paying upfront with this company (no small $$ amount either!) Or you

The DJ was great, hosted a large event with some great selections of music, was open to request the whole night too.
Prompt and professional the DJ even refused an alcoholic drink to focus on providing top notch entertainment!! Great with all age ranges, even took requests from the younger children at the event.
Would highly recommend and will use again.

Booked a dj with these guys, it was great! They catered to our unique music tastes well and the communication before and during the whole event was fantastic. Alex was the DJ booked for my daughters wedding. I would definitely give this company a miss if you want a reliable professional job. Alex did no pre checks of equipment so microphones didn’t work, he seemed to be absent from his station a lot, at one stage the bridesmaids were running the music for dancing. The song requests from the bridal couple at time of booking were not played.
This is a once in a lifetime event, and very disappointing for the bride and groom that the music they were looking forward to was missing.
