Double Block & Bleed Just Valves offer a complete Ball Valve line with a full size range from 20mm to 1500mm. Various seat designs, and many options in materials of construction are available, including forged and stainless duplex materials, and strategic alloys like Monel, Inconel, Alloy 20, Titanium and Hastelloy.
The JV 723 motorized 2/2 or 3/2 way plastic ball valve has a low maintenance electric actuator with a powerful revisable DC motor. The rugged reduction gear in the motor, consisting of a threaded spindle with swivel lever, provides rotation through 90O. The union body enables the valve to be installed in the pipeline without additional components.
JV Butterfly Valves, lugged or wafer type, with integrally moulded Elastomer body sleeve are designed for longer life and trouble free performance. The integrally moulded sleeve ensures perfect resistance to friction between disc and sleeve. Flat surface on the disc and the liner at the top and bottom ensures perfect sealing between body, disc and stem.
We supply all types of Gate Valves. Both Solid Wedge and Flexible Wedge designs conform to API-600. Pressure ratings are from 150# to 2500# in Cast Carbon Steel, Cast Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel of all grades, and Super Alloy Steel like Alloy-20, CD4MCu and Hastelloy. JV Gate Valves are equipped with smooth machined full bore and full opening wedge to ensure elimination of pressure drop across the valve.
