Paul is one of the most unreliable and rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, thankfully I never met him. He just fails to show up for a quote, no communication, doesn't answer text messages, and then it appears it is my fault, as he has 2 guys off sick!! He then hung up on me :-( Customer service is non-existent, he obviously doesn't want the work. Don't trust him with your job, there are nicer people out there. His loss, as I also had referrals, but he will never know, will he?? I want to give zero stars, but the system won't let me.
