Ltd became an incorporated company with a fleet of 13 Taxis. Since then there have been many additions to the fleet which now operates with 10 Sedans, 2 Station Wagons, 2 Taragos (7 Seater Capacity) and 6 Wheel Chair Accessible Maxi Taxis plus an additional wheelchair accessible Flash Cab. The fleet is a modern, well maintained one with 95% of vehicles being less than 3 years old and we have a pool of approximately 80 drivers.

Many of our drivers have been with us for over 10 years and the vast majority have lived and worked in the Tweed for many years. Tweed Coolangatta Taxis prides itself on prompt, courteous Service and records show that 90% of our calls are picked up within 15 minutes. Quoted prices are based on the distance only and do not account for stoppages on route such as traffic congestion/ road works/ accidents/ traffic lights and customer stops.

I order a taxi on the 13 cabs as soon as we finished from the cinemas, it didn't show then cancelled. I rang the number on the app went to voicemail so I left a message explaining where we were waiting. Still no show. I called the taxi number 3 times spoke with 3 operates who where very nice. But still no taxi. Waited over an hour started walking home. Get home and the taxi driver calls me as I finally lay down. Not happy at all.

We used this taxi firm whilst staying in Cabarita Beach. We had heard that taxis were unreliable in the area but we couldn't fault these guys - on time or early for each of our 3 bookings using the app.

Tried booking a taxi since uber had no cars available, got a message saying taxi is on the way.. 30min still no show, would prefer the same honesty uber gives.. easier to walk home rather than wait for this unknown piece *****

Very poor customer service. had an enquiry for pickup for an urgent client. I had google maps open to guide them to the street name, and they were not working with me to find the pick up address. They gave up and were happy for me to call someone else

Booked a wheelchair taxi for my 102yr old grandmother for 1330 hours. Four phone calls later the taxi eventually arrived at 1540 hours, more than two hours late.
Absolutely appalling service from a pathetically organised company.
Would not recommend this company if they were the last mode of transport left on the planet. You’d be better of walking and pushing the wheelchair.

All these people using half price fares like uber and not paying for the vehicle.
To book a taxi days and earlier in the day, other bookings are visible to drivers before a booking that is placed for a certain time.
A charter or limousine service is more suitable for these people who complain for seconds of time

Used tweed taxis whilst we were holidaying in tweed, we had a driver named max, we used him nearly every day for trips into town and he was great. So friendly, nothing was a problem. My kids are still raving about him. Thanks Max if and when we’re back in town we’ll give you a call!

Worlds worst service. Never have I ever been so frustrated and disappointed with service. I have never left feedback online. This was so terrible that I can’t urge others enough, do not use this taxi service! Didn’t turn up after I spoke to them several times the day prior and had absolute guarantee of their service as I explained how important this flight was. They couldn’t care less when I called, didn’t want to do anything to fix it and never once apologised for their massive stuff up. Almost missed our flight home for Christmas after not being home for so long during Covid. So unprofessional

Booked taxi, waited 20 minutes before driver called me. I wanted to go from Qld to NSW, but driver did not want to cross into NSW. I said that was OK, and asked if he could drop me as close as he could to my destination on the QLD side. His response was "get another cab". I rang the company who said they would prioritise my booking...waited another 45 mins but no cab. Absolute disgrace, both from the office and the driver. Use another company, these guys are pathetic.
