I have done a lot of research to get the best persons to install solar. i was having a lot of questions as well. Thanks to Mr Abhishek for patiently answering all my questions and helping to make the change. Currently i am 1 month into having solar and already reaping the benefits. Only one suggestion was i was told installation would start after 2 weeks but in reality it took 4 weeks. But the guys who have done the installation process was very standard. we will recommend appsolar

He was very patient and understanding of my requirements and provided all the necessary explanation and ideas to effectively use Solar. I spent a good 2 weeks ringing up over 20 companies getting quotes on a particular solar system setup I was going for. In the end I settled with AppSolar for the following reasons:
1. Genuine and quality customer service provided by Tony which was not scripted and pushy. He actually cared about the type of system I wanted and provided some minor tweaks to my advantage. You can definitely tell there will be decent after sales support service.
2. Extremely well priced. I admit they weren't the cheapest but definitely top 3 cheapest. (varying only within $100)

It's bloody scary when you start looking for solar companies, especially after hearing horror stories. Somehow I lucked onto these guys and started speaking to Tony. The guy seriously knows his stuff! Most other places just sent me a quote and then harassed me, didn't even talk through my electricity usage or circumstances. Tony genuinely cares… about the right solution for his clients, and takes the time to patiently explain the systems. Such duty of care from Tony that he even personally delivered our battery when the install was being done due to a warehouse mix up and it not coming out

While looking for my solar system I came across so many cowboy solar companies, it was a great relief when I came across App Solar. They have been in the industry for years and I am sure they will be around for years to come which gives me peace of mind knowing if I have any issues they will honor their workmanship warranty. Be careful guys, there are many popup solar companies that has been around for few months, offer 10 years warranty and disappear in few more months.
They educated me in picking the quality product from various options, at no point they were pushy or keen to get me to sign

AppSolar was recommended to me after I had become disillusioned by unwanted visits from door to door salesmen. AppSolar came & checked out my site and gave me a quote with a full explanation of it. There was no pressure to purchase. When I made my decision to purchase the installation date was set. The installers arrived on time, completed the job & removed all their rubbish with them. Customer Service & satisfaction is a priority with this company.

After doing research for months, contacted AppSolar after I read some info on Facebook. Started researching the company as there are too many “fly by nighters”. Spoke to Tony, no pressure sales crap, an immediate plus. Tony came to my home had a serious look around. Told him what had been done of the first then second expansion to my solar array.… Then we spoke about batteries Again, Tony gave me the information that was relevant and let me decide..again no pressure sales pitch. My wife and I went ahead with the battery and changeover to the battery. Yet again, their expertise

The service AppSolar provide is outstanding. In comparison with the other quotes I received, and the phone calls I made, Tony from AppSolar was by far the best. He was willing to go to great lengths to answer my questions and politely respond to competitors' quotes.
Additionally, I couldn't find an equivalent system for a cheaper price. Tony never made me try to spend extra money, nor did he aim for a cheap price with a half-baked system just to get my business.

Tony was very helpful and full of knowledge while making a decision on our solar. he always got back to us and always had an answer. When we had the solar installed, it went without a hitch and they were very… helpful explaining handover. We love the phone App and how easy it is to see what the solar is generating so we know what appliances to turn on. We will recommend Tony and the team from Appsolar to anyone.

Tony is a great solar rep to work with. The amount of knowledge he had was good and suggested us the best quality products. He was proactive and always got back to me.
