Very nice app to use and Blys is helpful when I need help. Had a massage at home is the best and Blys help me get the right therapist that can come to see me, less stress for me as I work from home and I can book a massage when I need and can fit to my work schedule. I’m glad to find this app. So I no longer need to drive to get massage anymore.

I made my booking online and paid 10 days ago for SNS today, they had all the time spots available. Yesterday, they sent ma a text message that they are still looking for beautician and today I had to call to learn they don’t have one. What’s a waste of time!

We received a gift voucher for this company and unfortunately we couldn’t use it. If they don’t like where you live, forget about it. They won’t come to you. These people decided that even though they supposedly cover VIC wide, and I live in a metropolitan suburb, that they couldn’t service my area. I gave them extensive availability from dates and times as we are very flexible yet they couldn’t help us. Their effort to communicate with me has been deplorable, and their attempt for a resolution on not being able to come to our home was to offer us a $15 credit for our next booking???

Blys Mobile Massage services is reliable, professional and the massage therapists are amazing. My partner and I had remedial massages and relaxation massages, both great! The experience at home is seamless. The therapists bring everything (including ambiance music and candles, massage table and towels) and make your home feels like a spa for a while, love it!! The app is also really easy to use and the communication is great. I recommend it without reservation :)

After a long day at work, I book a last-minutes massage from GetBlys. The session was for 8.30pm. I booked at 6pm and got confirmation within 15 minutes. The massage therapist came 10 minutes early to prepare everything including message bed and music. She did a good deep tissue massage. One hour was quite short and I will go for 90 minutes next time.
