I recently purchased a Renegade 420 from Bill's Marine and could not be happier with the service and communication I received during the process. Todd was professional and thorough during the sales and fit out process as well as keeping me informed of any changes or delays that were taking place along the way (there weren't many). The boat was delivered on time and had everything I had asked for. I highly recommend using Bill's and talking to Todd Hudson next time you want to buy a boat.

By far one of the longest serving boat sales companies in Cairns & in my opinion there is a reason for this. I have had nothing but good service and plenty of support, they don’t only specialise in boat sales, but all the gear to go with it, with a great range of electronics in store. Honest fair and reliable prices.

Unbelievable incompetence , new motor fitted would never go back forced to go back after serious issues from their ridiculously poor workmanship that left myself and family stuck at sea then again the final repair was ridiculous I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed properly and I’m out of pocket over $600 to get it fixed properly, would not recommend dealing with this outlet.

Had the part I needed which was impossible to find elsewhere, which was great! However, the bloke I dealt with was pretty rude. Belittled my decision to purchase products elsewhere despite prices being better and based this all on what I assume was a wrong interpretation, as I had priced the same product there prior to making the purchase and have checked again since. Left without bothering to pursue other purchases. Have had better experiences with them prior, hopefully a once off.

Recently purchased a new 70hp yamaha from the team at Bills Marine. The whole purchase and install experience with Nick from sales was perfect and above expectations. Then recently had its first service, cheaper than expected and went above and beyond servicing the trailer as well.
Very pleased with the experience and will continue to have the boat serviced with them.

Seen bills marine at the cairns expo. Asked questions and got short blunt answers. No wonder people go south to buy their boats. A mate that was with me was in the market for a new boat and said they won't be getting his money either. If you want people to shop local learn some people skills. I'm going to buy from tully or Townsville.

We purchased a boat and motor secondhand from a private sale. After experiencing a few issues we had the motor serviced by Bills Marine. The mechanics were fantastic. They identified all of the issues and repaired our outboard quickly and the associated costs were all itemised. Very happy with their service. We then purchased a tinnie from them and sales guys did their best to assist with our be purchase. Highly recommended.

There’s a reason they have the rep that they have. Ask the boating community out there, I didn’t follow their advice and just thought surely after this long in business they couldn’t be that bad and should be the easiest way to get my yammy outboard. Man was I wrong all I can say is ask around before you deal with these guys you’ll be surprised with the reviews.
