Owners Alister, Kristy and the dedicated team at Ventoux Cycles in Coffs Harbour are passionate about cycling, from off-road, downhill, road, track, street we are 100% committed. Ventoux enjoys seeing the benefits that our great sport can bring to the community which we are big time involved in.

We are known throughout the Coffs Coast for our great friendly sales and after service, with over 40 years of combined industry experience our knowledge is second to none.Ventoux has evolved as the sport has progressed from mountain bike riding, BMX, road and into the latest eBikes we enjoy keeping up with the latest technology and bringing this to our customers.

Thank you so much to Al. Yesterday my sons bike tyre was not inflating. I called Ventoux and Al was so accomodating and instead of my son not having a bike for a week while I returned to work, he got me to come down to the shop and fixed it right there and then. We decided to get a new helmet at the same time! My son was absolutely stoked and we went for a 3 hour ride! He was super grateful as he now has a working bike! :) Thankyou Al !

Thanks Al for setting me up with my new Giant mountain bike - I love it!
I have been a Ventoux customer for many years for getting bikes serviced, purchasing accessories etc and they are always fantastic.

Not impressed
Left bike in to be serviced picked it up 2 weeks later told it was fine went home.
Bike had same problem
Took it back to be told that it now needes a new chain, rear cogs and we may get away without new front cogs.

Very friendly and helpful staff! As soon as you walk in, if they are dealing with another customer , they say "We'll be with you in a minute. " It's good to be acknowledged on arrival.
Not all businesses do that. In another cycle shop outside of Coffs Harbour, I had to wait for 15 mins behind the only other customer there before i was acknowledged at all. So i left.

Ventoux Cycles is the barbershop of cycle shops. Sometimes I just go in and unload my heart to the boys and one of them puts a firm hand 1.5m from my shoulder and tells me its gunna work out. Sometimes they fix my bike and I'm always happy with the service.
