Paid for delivery and assembly. I was promised that the furniture will be delivered between 4-6pm. They only arrived at 7.30pm. There was just one guy doing all the assembling and he left around 9pm at night, after doing the assembly. 3 hours after the scheduled time! Furniture seems fine but not the other services they offer.

1) Postpone delivery till 7PM though driver said he was free in daytime. 3.4km distance. 2) Send wrong, small, and expensive goods by saying it was a mistake. Fringe is a bad one. 3) Send two male staff intentonally at night to ask for on site extra payment immediately when my friend is on year party. 4) Ask you to pick up others while installing wrong machine. 5) Do not care Consumer Affair. Cannot exchange and silence. Extra delivery fees 50AUD. 6) Poor business and thus fraud. Disguize at first. 7) Discrimination to female.Two men with tools to ask for full/extra payment at night. I bought three items for my new property which are sofa and bed set. The price is very reasonable and the quality much better than ikea and fantastic.
The mattress is extraordinary fabulous and I will definitely recommend to my friends. I would like to thanks the driver who is very nice. In spite of the rain, he was still here on the stroke. And he assembled everything for me nice and quick.
Also the sales in the shop were very friendly to my naughty boys that day and they gave me such a pertinent advice of the functional blue sofa. The blue color does bright my living room pretty much.
