Customer service is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient staff who spent hours with my wife and I to get the perfect bathroom we wanted. Delivery was quick. We have gone to many other places and found DC Ceramics to have top customer service who genuine care and listen to our needs.

It was a very pleasant experience to deal with Christina and Danny. Christina was very helpful in assisting us with tile selections for our renovation. she took time to match different style and colour of tiles as well as tapwares. im very impressed with fast response via txt or emails as I work long hours. Highly recommended to other people.

Christina and Danny were very professional and knowledgeable in their products. The tile selection stage was very easy with their guidance and advice throughout the whole process.
