Someone sent me an osko payment from greater bank to commbank and still haven’t received the money. It’s been 3 days! It’s a large sum of money to me that is badly needed. The longest with any other bank osko has taken is like a day or less. 3 days is even slower than the old system!
Edit: I rang greater bank and found out they placed a hold on the money and the person who sent me the money needs to ring up to clear it. What a waste of time.

Shut down my account with no notice took my money . "fraud" team at service service nsw told them to do. manager scot have me a number to call after calling service nsw they have NO RECORD and are confused as to who has done this and why . thatleaves greater in the spotlight . terrible bank my whole family will be switching to NAB .

Constant ongoing problems Firstly with their loans office to a point where their staff rang and hassled me when I decided not to borrow and instead use savings.
Most recently had issues just getting a replacement visa before the current one ran out.
Fed up with their customer service or lack there of I should call it. You ring in business hours… and yr on hold for 90 mins plus. Could get a politician to answer his phone quicker
Incompetent staff who cannot do simple things correctly such as update details and send replacement cards in a timely manner.
Will be taking my lump savings and finding

Visited Greater Bank Kotara on the 16/7 i accompanied a friend, and while the service she received was pleasant, fast and friendly the teller at the desk next to her was abrupt, rude and argumentative to multiple customers who she served. im not one to voice negative feedback but if you encounter Carol from Greater Bank Kotara, God help you.
