I bought a Vulcan 900custom through luke. He was great I never met him. I done the purchase over the phone, he kept all his promises he even deleved the bike sooner than original time. Thank you for making this experience great one for me. Look foward for the time we are out of lockdowns so I can go in store to meet him and buy a jacket.

I bought a ZX10r from here. The whole experience buying the bike was good but after taking my bike back here for its first service I received the bike back with a leaking sump which almost caused me to seriously crash. (Oil was leaking out of the sump plug onto my rear tire). I’m not sure if it was the fault of an apprentice or the fault of the mechanic but it is something that shouldn’t have happened if it was serviced correctly. After this I lost faith in this business and would never trust them to service my bike again. Not servicing a bike like this properly can be the difference of life

Bought a bike off them years ago but forgot to leave feedback. Great family owned bike shop who punch above their weight.
I was at a large bike dealership (can't name them) and a sales manager there told me he would only trust Hands-On Kawasaki to do major work on his bike. That's saying something.
