My years of experience have brought me to a place of compassion and caring which I carry through into every session. I love helping people see their own potential and together, work on strategies for living. Furthermore, I understand pain - emotional and physical and I know it's different for everyone but in its commonality are ways forward to release the emotional pain of the past and alleviate the symptoms in the present.

Stress to the body and mind is supposed to be a natural response to threat but is actually an increasing cause of illness often leading to Anxiety and Panic. You don't need to change external circumstances, such as your relationship or job, in order to control your stress, anxiety or panic.

What's interesting is that the human subconscious mind and subsequently our nervous system, can't tell the difference between a real and a vividly imagined event.This means that even when you just imagine looking bad or suffering an emotional threat, you are producing the same stress chemicals your body needs to fight or flee.
Living with pain long term is draining on our emotional reserves. Even if you are on the road to recovery, dealing with the physical and emotional toll disease and illness has taken on your life needs the right kind of support. The symptom of pain is the end product of a distressed or injured structure within the body which is then sensed by the nervous system.
Dr Jane Nash has twenty years experience in four different educational systems across four continents, teaching in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sectors. With a Ph. D., Masters and Bachelors (Hons) degrees in Education, she is also a Master trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Master hypnotist.

I saw Jane for hypnotherapy to reduce my debilitating headaches. She enabled me through hypnosis to reduce and then move outside the pain so I could find my way towards healing.

Dr Nash is wonderful, Her hypnosis is incredible & is working immediately,I am already walking 2 1hr walks over 2 days, I have just cleaned out my fridge, it was not easy as I had to argue with myself as to what was getting thrown out & what I was keeping.
