I had some Plantation Shutters removed in one room and some vertical blinds installed.
Steve ⭐- was great to deal with in the whole process of removal and installation. Very professional and efficient. If you're lucky to have Steve as the installer you'll be extremely happy with his work

Great customer service and good products.
We had Phoenix fit our whole house when new with roller blinds 12 years ago. The quality has endured seaside living and served us well. Recently had to replace a component, we were treated as if our business transaction was only yesterday - great customer service. Well done.

Started to get problems with venetians when strings broke after 1 year
Staff were very unhelpful when we tried to organise a repair
Then the rest became stiff when trying to close
One fell off the wall and broke
Given up on them the quality is so poor
Now having to replace all after 2 years with shutters
We have used Venetian blinds for over 20 years and these have been our only bad experience

Bought $10000 worth of blinds and shutters from Phoenix and they were fantastic. We live near Nowra and got 3 quotes locally and 3 quotes from the Wollongong area and Phoenix were the cheapest. Courtney was great when we placed the order and the installation was done without any problems at all. Buy your blinds from Phoenix, you will not be sorry.
