While all SuperiorHair extensions are made from 100% human hair but they are not the same as natural hair. As no oils are being produced at the scalp, hair extensions don't get dirty as easily or as quickly. Therefore, they don't need to be washed as frequently as natural hair does. It's recommended to wash your extensions every 15 to 20 uses - or when you feel there's product buildup from hairspray, oil, or leave-in conditioner.
Orders placed before 8pm EST Sunday- Thursday will be processed and shipped on the same day. You will receive an email with your tracking information once we have processed your order. Tracking numbers have real time tracking information and delivery confirmation, however it may take a few hours for shipping information to update when your order has been shipped.

Very disappointed with the quality of hair and the tape ins. The hair breaks and sheds after a very short time. I have been wearing hair extensions for 10 years I know what a good hair extensions look and feel. The tapes glue us really bad the hair strands slide after one week. Not much response from them when I approached them about this.

I got the 100% human hair easy loop 24inch in chestnut brown. My natural hair is is a bit longer than my shoulders (around my armpit area) so I got the recommended 125 strands to add length. I know this is just a guide, but I thought because my hair was quite long already, that would be enough. It wasn't. The hair quality is incredibly poor. I'm left with very thin and straggly, incredibly damaged looking hair. In the companies defence, they do state on their website 'Please keep in mind our Easy Loop Hair Extensions are now discontinued and will not be restocked in the future so there is selected

Since moving over from the UK, I've been coming to Superior hair for over 2 years now and would recommend anyone looking at having hair extensions to go. Price is great for the high quality products, and the staff are all amazing and friendly. Love coming here. Alicia is my go to girl usually, but they're all awesome and know their stuff!
