Mark and his cronies at VE Online stooged me on $420 worth of exhaust parts.
I was unsatisfied with the product and wanted to return it and at first was told I could for a refund but had to pay for return freight.
When I questioned this I was told to call Mark directly and he told me I'd have to pay return postage and only get a credit, not a refund.
Totally illegal way of doing business, anyone has the right to return a product that does not perform as described within a reasonable time period of receiving it. It's called consumer rights Mark! Look it up.
