We can carry-out assessments for insurances, perform minor or major repairs and more. We understand that everyone has busy lives which can make most appointments a hassle if you are time-poor.
We service refrigerators in and out of warranty for manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, BOSCH and more. The Service Charge applies to in-home repairs only and does not include any workshop or transportation costs if this is required. Please speak with our team with regard to the service charge cost for your appliance.

Do not use this service, I repeat do NOT use this service.
During the week a technician came out to "fix" out washing machine and in the process ripped up 3 vinyl tiles. He came with absolutely no equipment to move the machine safely...
I emailed the company as soon as I discovered what had happen, the technician didn't even think to let me know what he had done to our floor. They replied back in a extremely passive way saying the will NOT cover the cost of damage...
The manager blamed it on poor flooring when we had the floor installed 6 MONTHS AGO....
We paid $170.00 dollars for a technician

Jamie was on time, communicative and knew exactly what the problem was - fixing my issue within half an hour. They were also able to be on site the day after my original call. He tested that the leak was fixed and even took the service one step further and I realised after he had left that he had set my washing machine pipes up in much better positions and used some cable ties to ensure everything was set up well and could perform as best as possible. Thank you Jamie!! I highly recommend Jamie and Woolley Appliance Services.

Charged $165 for 5mins on site, only to tell me that I should have just purchased a new machine. The tech told me the call center didn’t look up the model and error message for my particular model, so didn’t have correct parts. Complete waste of time and money.

Don visited to troubleshoot an issue with my heat pump dryer. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to order the parts and repair under warranty really efficiently. There was some good help from their phone support team too, particularly Isabel.

Needed to have my new LG fridge doors swapped and had to make a booking twice to get the job done. First time I took a day off work and I was sent a technician who wanted to have the fridge laid on the floor and eventually refused to complete the task as he was afraid of causing damage to my new flooring? Office assistance was poor and manager didn't even have the guts to come to the phone. Second time around, I requested a different technician and I was sent Travis. Professional, friendly and got the job done in 10 minutes with the fridge standing and no damage whatsoever. So a bit of a hit or

I think giving this place 2 stars is already very generous.
I emailed Woolley on 4 April 2021 to enquire about repairing my TV, I explained my problem in detail, saying that there is nothing wrong with the display, just that the latch to attach the TV to the base chipped and needed it to be fixed ( I even provided pictures on the damage parts that needed repair). A guy called me the next day to organize the repair. He said the TV will be collected from my residential place and sent to the service Centre at a cost of $258.65 (excluding repair services).
The price sounded ridiculous so I asked
