Bought a new EGR valve, my mechanic prior to installation mechanic tested the solenoid on the valve. The solenoid was not working correctly contacted all four regarding refund, on the phone was told yes sure. However when I tried to get a refund was told no and that the EGR components had all to be clean prior to installation. However item was bench tested these guys didn't want to know, have refused the refund and left me without working EGR valve or money. Terrible company, forces you take small claims court action to retrieve refund.

Went to all my local parts shops looking for a Thermostat Gasket for my 5L Hilux without any luck. Decided to order one from these guys. Ordered the part on Wednesday and it arrived the next day in a express bag, gasket was shipped in between two thick sheets of cardboard and taped up. There was no way this thing was getting damaged. It’s only a small order but I appreciate the effort your guys went to.

Had a bullbar, lightbar and winch fitted after purchasing my vehicle last year. Service and communication was fantastic. Bought some other accessories and were really impressed with the assistance I received as a 4WD novice.
Went back this year to have an issue looked at with the light bar to which they resolved without charge. Highly recommend and can definitely see why they have such a great reputation.

I'm from Oregon, USA and own a Toyota shop. Aaron was the only guy from Australia that returned my email with a solution! He had a rare transmission part that I needed here in the states! Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered 2 headlight globes over the phone from Ned, who assured me that they would be in within 3 business days. I gave them 5 business days, before ringing and checking on the status of the order (as I am aware COVID can often delays delivery’s etc).
I was then told my order hadn’t even been place, but they had taken the money out of my account. The other staff member I spoke to was lovely (very juxtaposed you Ned’s attitude), he said he would be able to refund my order.
Two weeks later, I still haven’t received any refund or any communication
