We are small practice with four friendly dentists, working together to provide the best service for our patients. Sunshine Dental Care Maroochydore was previously located on Plaza Parade.
Originally from the UK, Dr Amanda relocated to Australia in 2014 with her husband and two beautiful young boys. She is a caring and compassionate dentist who believes your smile is key to your inner health and confidence. Amanda loves working with children and entire families. Her kind and gentle approach helps to put anxious patient's nerves at ease.
Sunshine Dental Care Maroochydore offers a wide range of services to suit the whole family's needs. Our tooth fairy makes an appearance every school holidays. These appointments are extremely popular with our little patients so be sure to book ahead! We offer Oral Health presentations for Pre-School and Primary School aged children.
Sunshine Dental Care are proud to be partnered with MySmilePlan to help others access the dental care they need, when they need it. MySmilePlan is a 0% interest payment plan powered by Openpay that allows patients to pay off their treatment in fortnightly instalments. There are three types of treatment plan available.
We offer all patients under 5 years old a FREE Exam on their first visit to Sunshine Dental Care Maroochydore. If your child is nervous or not sure what to expect, show them this video on what happens when you come to the dentist. Our Take Home Whitening is one of the strongest you can receive. This Take Home Kit includes custom trays, models of your teeth, sensitive toothpaste and whitening syringes.

Even if you don’t like going to the dentist - which I definitely don’t - you’ll feel calm and relaxed (relatively speaking!) here. Amanda and her team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and put you at ease. Amanda explains everything clearly and doesn’t make you feel embarrassed about voicing your worst ‘dentist’ fears. I totally recommend this clinic for the best in dental care on the Coast.

The team at Sunshine Dental Care are so wonderful. All the reception staff, hygienists and dentists Amanda and Heather are the best kind of humans. They’re understanding of diverse needs, gentle, compassionate and so caring. I also love that they bulk bill children under the Medicare scheme straight away, so no out of pocket costs for us. My children love going, and I’m so thankful. Just a great group! Thank you.
