Went to our appointment with Dr Flynn, which was booked 1 1/2 month prior, for a cosmetic surgical procedure consultation.
Turned up, only to be told that "sorry we don't do this kind of procedure anymore". Was told they tried to call me, but the person who took our booking wrote down the wrong mobile phone number and details.
Reception lady so incredible arrogant, couldn't care less when I expressed my displeasure about us having to wait this long for the appointment, and having taken time off work, only to be treated like this with a lame excuse for their administrational incompetence.

Stay away from this place! Terrible experience and will never go back, I dont even like to take my shirt off anymore. Dr Flynn has left me with a terrible scar on my hip from a mole removal, it has been 12 months since and the scar is still painful and very sensitive. He seen the frustration in me about the scar and didnt even do anything about it to satisfy his customer! Im scared permanently and mentally forever!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cosmetic injectables and surgeries. Marylin, the nurse who has been doing me and my mum's injectables for over five years is the most amazing ever. She's so kind and gentle and really makes you feel valued and heard. Dr Flynn is an amazing surgeon and prides himself on his excellent service. The fact that he spends so much time updating his techniques and learning about all the changes in the cosmetic industry to stay relevant to today's methods blows me away. I had an abdominoplasty performed by him in October 2017 and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Received Botox in my forehead and frown line. After 7 weeks I had full movement again so was asked to come back in for a review. At the review the lady checked my file and said I’d only paid for a half dosage in both areas. I said I was never told there was an option for a half dosage and would never have wanted that option. She said they always explain the different options to customers and that a half wouldn’t last long. I was never communicated this and still paid nearly $300 for something that barely lasted 2 months. Not to mention my gf visited not long after me and once again was not

She made me feel so comfortable!
I hate needles and I didn't panick once with her, I had a free consultation with her , I booked in straight away for the following week after she had answered all my questions about the procedure. I honestly can't wait to go back. She did such a great job, I felt like calling her the very next day to thanking her, but I though that might be a bit over the top 😂
The specials and offers they have there are also fantastic + you receive a free loyalty card !
