Durotech Systems have been widely used in the construction industry for the sealing of wet areas, decks, roofs, and other substrates providing protection against moisture and weather damage for over 45 years.
Based on a blend of unique cement, special fillers and aggregates, Duroflex plug is able to be used to stop active water leaks or seepage of water under pressure through holes, cracks and joints in solid concrete and masonry surfaces. Once mixed with water and applied to the surface, the fast setting Duroflex plug mortar expands during its curing process to form a watertight seal that provides an immediate stop to running water.
Duroflex tank is a two component polymer modified contentious coating designed for waterproofing concrete and masonry surfaces in a variety of applications. Applied by roller, brush, trowel or spray methods once cured Duroflex tank provides a protective barrier to concrete surfaces against salts, chlorides and carbonation.
DUROPRIME PU PRIMER is a moisture curing, single pack, liquid polyurethane penetrating waterproofing primer. It is formulated to compliment DURPROOF. Cross - link technology the chemical bond between the PU, Durorproof PUM or DUROPRIME is exceptionally strong.

DURO MASTIC DUROPOND is a liquid membrane product based on a unique double crosslinked copolymer system. The product is waterbased yet offers strong water resistance. As a waterproofer, this is the worst organisation I dealt with .
They recommended a product for a project and waterproof failed. The accounts constantly call regarding overdue account when all my transactions were COD. They sold me a pallet P15 which needed 5 coats to get required thickness , the viscosity was like milk.
Based on my experience, this organisation are unprofessional, overpriced, product quality never consistent and they avoid liability.
