Our ability to provide science-based risk assessment and engineered-based design services results in the development and implementation of scopes of work that are specific for each site to minimise wasted expenditure on remediation and/or mitigation. We have extensive experience in the investigation, risk assessment and remediation of landfill and soil vapour impacted sites.

Our technical excellence in geo-environmental fields and design capabilities provides unique purpose-driven groundwater management solutions. Our services include: Groundwater Impact and Ingress Assessments, Basement Waterproofing Design, Buried Podium Waterproofing Design.
Services
We are geo-environmental professionals who specialise in contaminated land assessment, landfill, mitigation and remediation, waterproofing design and sustainable urban drainage design. Our multi-disciplinary teams and technical excellence in environmental science, environmental and civil engineering, risk assessment and design provides innovative and integrated solutions for our clients.
Our ability to provide science-based risk assessment and engineered-based design services results in the development and implementation of scopes of work that are specific for each site to minimise wasted expenditure on remediation and/or mitigation. Landfill gas and vapour intrusion and fate and transport modelling, including Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) modelling.
EPG provide services and support in specialist areas including contaminated land management, waste management, remediation, environmental management plans and environmental assessments to support environmental auditing to a range of private and government market sectors.

Whether it is a simple or complex site, EPG adopt a site-specific risk assessment approach underpinned by science, engineering, legislative requirements, best-practice and risk assessment principles.
The design of appropriate landfill gas and vapour intrusion mitigation and management measures are becoming routine requirements in the planning and construction process at 'gassing' sites. We have contributed to the development of much of the current guidance relating to ground gas risk assessment and mitigation design and we have an excellent track record in the delivery of exemplary and innovative mitigation designs.
Basements, particularly in cities, are expanding in depth and therefore becoming much more susceptible to damp and water ingress. At the same, drainage and water authorities are restricting the permitted discharge of groundwater from basements based on the anticipated quality and quantity of water.
