Paid $40 for interior clean and all they did was vacuum the carpets. Front glass and mirrors wasn't even touched. Scuff marks all over doors and corners were not even touched.
How do you justify paying $40 just for interior clean when half the job is not even done.

Customer relations is a problem. first attempt to engage your services was bluntly told we are too busy come back another day. (Like I have nothing else to do). What would have been better is to direct me to your website so I can see when you are busy or how I could book in (although when I was looking up for this review it basically say you are… possibly a bit busy every day. So really it’s luck of the draw).sorry but I am busy too and don’t have time to keep coming back in the hope that you might be able to fit me in. Just the same I thought no look up website come a little

My car was so filthy inside and out! I left it with the guys at green hand car wash and when I came back I hardly recognised it! It was like a brand new car. I was so happy and hubby even more so! Thanks so much for putting in such hard work! It really was bad. 🤣

My car gets the best wash! Did a great job, staff are very friendly and professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They cleaned wheels so well, very impressed, inside outside looked new.

Had my ute washed and polished today by these guys at Victoria Point. Did a fair job but on collecting the car my Oakley sunglasses were missing from the drivers door pocket.... Not happy. Have asked for a refund, no response! Matter has been reported to the Police. Won’t be back and will gladly share my negative experience.

Was spoken to very rudely by staff here, I think it may have been as he had just copped a roasting from another customer, however it was totally unexpected and I asked if he was ok, he replied ‘yea wot? Cash only yea, done in an hour, don’t come back earlier, won’t be done’ I told him he had a bad attitude and left. Obviously don’t need the business, don’t care how good they can clean a car, I’ll go 5 minutes down the road and get it done by one of the other 500 car washes in the area
