I recommend Suman from Nice Loans. He listens to what you want (Low interest rate, no big annual fees) and communicates clearly what options you have (fixed or variable, whether you can add on break cost exit fees from other previous loans, what certified paper work or forms need completing) and is helpful in finding the most suitable loan.
