I went there a few times to get my ears pierced simply because it was convenient, so this review is from a few experiences, I do understand that this place is just a beauty boutique store. I went today to get a helix piercing (cartilage); the experience was okay, the ladies there are always just a bit impatient; I asked the lady when it would completely heal and her reply was 'six weeks and sometimes longer for some people'. Cartilage piercings take 6 months or even longer to completely heal. I was really not impressed by her response. I was freaking out a little bit before the procedure and the

Hi sorry i feel un welcome to your shop this afternoon this lady wasn’t really good in costumer service the way she approached me not really in good way i was there around 2:30 this afternoon i have to wait for… like 15 minutes because i can see she was busy inside but when she come out the way she asking me wasn’t approachable I didn’t finish my question I just walk away. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I recently had a nose piercing and was told by the staff member that if it comes out before it has healed properly, “come back to the store and we will put it back in for you”. I was washing my face one morning a couple of days later and the nose ring came out. Throughout the day I pushed a straight stud earring through the hole so it wouldn’t close up and went to the store in the afternoon to ask them to put the nose ring back in for me. They told me they would have to charge me another $60 to re pierce it as the hole had closed up. I assured them the hole was

Didn’t realise my tongue piercing was bad until another lady looked at my tongue piercing when my sister went to get hers done at another place and saw that my gums were irritated and damaged from the piercing… being on such an angle. The ball constantly rubs against my gums which can lead to teeth damage. Will have to take it out and get it done at another place
