Obviously exactly where you'll hold your event is an important decision - whether it's an intimate occasion for family or a 300-person bonanza. While the South Coast is famous for its incredible weather almost all year round, you want to have peace of mind knowing that the show will go on - come rain, hail or shine.
Our 3m wide Hocker Marquees are built in bay sizes of 3 metres, the capability of size has no maximum. There are no joining gutters between bays, ensuring it is a streamlined structure at any size. You can choose various accessories such as silk ceiling linings or fully integrated timber flooring. 3m wide marquee specifications.
Style of function: Decide what style of function you will have- standing/cocktail style or seated. Catering: If you are having a buffet style function then extra room will be needed for the buffet tables. Speak to your caterer about what they suggest for your function. Don’t order bins - you can buy them for the price and then you have a container when you have to take your rubbish to the tip after your big night - when you phone them the very friendly customer service girls said they’d take rubbish but the delivery guys refused.

The team at SCPH were absolutely phenomenal! They were very responsive and accommodating to all the changes leading up to our wedding. WOW! South coast party hire are incredible we could not recommend their services enough. We did a DIY wedding and hired a large marquee, tables, chairs , lighting, crockery etc through this company. They were amazing at communicating the whole through the planning process and were absolutely lovely. Erin who runs the whole show is the loveliest and most helpful person we could have hoped to work with. The team did a great job setting up and packing up also!

South Coast Party Hire were incredible. Everything ran so smoothly from when we first got in touch with SCPH for a quote 2.5 years ago, through COVID reschedules, and in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding. The marquee and accessories were exactly as we had dreamt it to be.
Either Erin doesn't sleep or she has somehow managed to find more hours in the day than the rest of us. All emails were answered promptly, professionally and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with Erin and the team. xx

SCPH have been the BEST hire company and are one of the best vendors around. Every email I send them is answered so promptly, and absolutely nothing is a problem. They have been incredibly flexible and are beyond reliable. I cannot thank the team enough.
We have now had our wedding and absolutely loved our marquees. It looked like something from a dream. The team were so professional in the set up and take down as well. I'll miss chatting to Erin and the team!

Thank you so much to Erin, Chelsea and the team at South Coast Party Hire! They made the process of hiring furniture for our wedding so seamless and they were so thorough in making sure we had everything we needed!
There was a small error with something missing (my fault for not checking the order properly) and they rectified it immediately which was very much appreciated!!

We used SCPH for our wedding on Monday. All the equipment, plates, napkins, glasses etc was excellent and was delivered in pristine condition. They looked lovely on the tables and as our place settings. The team were wonderful to deal with with quick, friendly and professional correspondence. We’d absolutely recommend the team and this company for your supply needs.

We hired marquee and furniture for our wedding at The Cove, Jervis Bay. We could not recommend SCPH enough, they had great communication and support and their suggestions really made the event magical. The crew who set up and took down were very friendly and all the equipment was really clean and of great quality. Thanks to Erin and all the team!

The set up the day before was massive and the clear marquee looked incredible. Erin ensured we had everything we needed including heaters, chairs and another oven for the caterers. She even sent an… extra truck down on the day (a two-hour drive) to add something else. They also provided our beautiful outdoor dance floor- thanks to a huge effort by their guys for making it level and exactly where we wanted it on even though the ground was

SCPH provided a clear marquee for out wedding in November 2018. I was extremely picky and was always asking questions. The team always ensured to clarify any questions and were very accomodating when I kept changing my mind (sorry guys). They did the fairy light installation in the marquee and it was beautiful! They made it look exactly how I wanted and compared beautiful to the many photos I sent (sorry again guys). SCPH were quick, friendly and a great team to liase with, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to listen!

South Coast Party Hire helped us with chair hire for our outdoor wedding ceremony and were great! We were having so much trouble finding a reasonably priced option to seat our guests for the ceremony and when we found South Coast Party Hire they had great customer service and helped us develop a plan including delivery, set up, and pack up that was cost effective.
