Services
CNC punching at ACS is backed by our programming department, which can receive program files via e-mail or disk in various CAD formats including but not limited to: DXF, native Solid Edge, Solid Works & AutoCAD Inventor files. While many large sheet metal fabricators are eager to receive customers' files, often this is where communication ceases until the finished product is delivered to the customer.
ACS specialises in sheet metal fabrication for prototype projects. We can either design a sheet metal product for you or work from your design models or drawings. Prototypes are often crucial prior to manufacturing a product in quantities to ensure the product performs to specifications and provides the opportunity to correct any errors that may be present but not yet apparent.
ACS Sheet Metal Fabrication has state of the art MIG, TIG and Spot Welding facilities. We use Cebora MIG and TIG welders from Italy, recognised in the industry as some of the most advanced in the world. Spot welding to 50 KVA is also available. SMF only employs highly skilled welders, so you can rest assured your job is in good hands and weld integrity will not be compromised.
