Evan is hopeless. On two separate occasions Evan gave me a definite timeframe to finish our returns. As no word from Tilley after 2 weeks of timeframe, sent emails to Evan and still no responses. Raised issue with David still no response. . .Raised issue with ATO says advised to change. . .
Evan I should be around to collect my documentations. Years when I saw David - thought he is handling my stuff. I know he is pretty decent.
Spoke to Evan said he's not charging me to collect my stuff.
It took for this review for Evan to reply my issues.

Lots of general comments on here. Rather than make another general comment, I’ll post the details of my experience and people can make up their own mind about whether the service I received was ok or not. I’m the executor of my father’s estate and I instructed TBA to prepare my father’s final tax return. Three weeks later I emailed them to ask when they expected to complete my father’s return. Took them 17 days to even reply to my email, saying it was “almost done”. You can see from my rating what I think of TBA.

One Star is too many for this Company. Terrible work ethic and even worse Customer Experience. You will wait endlessly for someone to contact you back sometimes months will go by with no response. They conveniently don't receive emails and their 3 good reviews judging from their pics are their staff members. I waited almost 3 months for a simple return to be done with no responses from ANYONE. I am still unsure how they hold a licence to do returns and offer other financial services. My advice is RUN!!! Go somewhere else that has reputable Accountants who are happy to assist no matter how big or

Not sure about the negative reviews. I’ve been going to Tilley’s for my personal tax return for the last three years and I’ve always found David to be friendly and knowledgeable, and he’s been great for advice on how to maximise my refund. Getting an appointment has never been an issue. I used to go to those pop up booths in shopping centres, but for the same price, why not go to a local who you know will look after your interests?
