Highly recommend The Upholstery Man for their workmanship. I had some sofa cushions recovered and they matched the fabric perfectly. You wouldn't know it wasn't the same fabric as the rest of the sofa. The quality of the work is also of a high standard. They exceeded my expectations. So happy and grateful.

I would recommend going anywhere else but this place. Their business address is just a garage workshop and the salesman works out of a van. They re-upholstered 6 dining chairs for us. I told the salesman not to change the structural timber parts. The tradie took out my carefully screwed in seat supports and reinserted them using little staples. Today one chair broke because of that. I took it to the workshop, and the tradie abused me for coming to the workshop at all, for making a fuss over such a trivial "accident", and threw my good chair on the bench so that I had to tell him to stop damaging

Graham Henry who came out and gave us a quote was absolutely wonderful - in suggestions and in variety of fabric he had in his ute! Our experience with this company was very professional and Zoe (office manager) communicated with us at all time. The end result was excellent and our tired old sofa bed looks uniquely brand new again. Highly recommend these guys.

This was a difficult review to write as I am happy with the work they did and so would normally get 5 stars, but they used a delivery company (BWL) that had to be pushed to remove the packaging and scratched my floor quite badly - see photo. There were delays because the material I wanted to use had a flaw but their communication on timing has been excellent. My only other comment is that I would get more than one quote as they aren't cheap.
