Our job is to ensure your special day flows, we ensure you have complete peace of mind and that all your guests have the most memorable time. We are organised, passionate & on-trend to create spectacular events based on your style & budget. We love meeting up over a latte, chatting to our gorgeous couples about their vision and using our creative styling to reflect your story.
If you have done most of the planning of your big day but would like to experience your wedding day in a stress free environment, we will ensure that your vision comes to life the way you've planned it. We will coordinate the rehearsal, ensure the wedding ceremony and the reception dcor is as requested, cue the music if required and communicate with all vendors.
Is your event all organised but you would just like someone to be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly? Your event coordinator will be present to liaise on the day with your suppliers, to ensure your venues are decorated and to coordinate all the formalities. Includes - Two consultations, presence on the day, guarantee that the venue will be styled as per your specifications and working with all the suppliers & venue for you.

Vanessa was a lifesaver on our wedding day. There were many mishaps (due to other people, not in Vanessa's control) but she expertly put out those fires and prevented them from ruining our wedding day!
When our venue was an hour late with the food service, Vanessa coordinated with the DJ to re-arrange the order of events so it kept the night running smoothly and everyone was entertained. When there was an issue with our centrepieces (due to another vendor) she quickly organised with the venue to provide a similar item. She even stayed an extra half hour over her allocated time to ensure the venue

When people say planning a wedding is hard work they clearly didn’t have Vanessa to help them! Her willingness to answer every question (no matter how silly) was so appreciated in the lead up to the wedding. It got to the week of the wedding, and Vanessa had done all the hard work which meant a super chilled out week for myself and future hubby! The day ran perfectly - not a napkin out of place! She was there every step of the way and always gave a thorough and prompt reply. Couldn’t recommend her more!

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Vanessa! Vanessa went above and beyond to coordinate our special day and was there offering advice and guidance all the way! We had a last minute change to the location on the day due to weather, which Vanessa organised and managed completely. All we had to do was enjoy our day, stress free...which we well and truely did! Vanessa was an excellent wedding coordinator! We couldn't have hoped for anyone better. Very professional, and easy to work with, Vanessa understood our vision and helped us to create the most perfect day. As ours was a DIY wedding, we needed someone to come in towards the end of the planning and take over the vendor communication and logistics to ensure that our day ran as smoothly as possible. Vanessa arranged all of our supplier drop-offs, and even came out to the venue the day beforehand so that she had a full understanding of what was required. On the day, we wouldn't have even known she was
