When the duo were in action (working), they were the best dancing partners who knew their moves and each other's mind. It was huge fun to watch them work.

Hot water tank decided to pack in and we decided to explore our options of moving to an instantaneous water system. We spoke to Vic and he advised us against it as our house was plumbed for mains pressure so given the piping and the length of the runs we would have a decreased water pressure for our hot water especially if multiple people were using taps or showers. Vic and Aaron came over the same day and fitted a new tank and tempering valve as per government guidelines. Fast, reliable, excellent workmanship, all in all I can't fault them, they come highly recommended..!

My 14 year old Rheem electric heater started to leak over the Easter. I called around quite a few places, eventually settled on Hills Hot Water, whom provided the most competitive quote.
Vic, who's a local of Castle Hill, had the new water system delivered and came around the following Tuesday morning. As well as being knowledgeable and professional, Vic was very friendly, patient and very easy to talk to.
While Vic got to work replacing the hot water system, we had a chat but some of the other plumbing issues in the house and he gave me some valuable advice on how I might be able to do some

Vic came and fixed my hot water system and only need to replace the element. I am absolutely satisfied and appreciate his honesty and great work. I would absolutely recommend him for any hot water system work.
Previously I had Omega home services to come to fix my system and I was told the unit can’t be fixed and he try to sell me a new system. A new rheem 315l hot water, he was going to rip me off by quoting me $3000. What a con artist company. I can get one for half the price he quoted me. Warning. Never use Omega home services.
If anyone need work done or buy a new hot water system. Call
