Oh my God. I am soo soo lucky to have selected Sapphire for due diligence on my business purchase for $400k+. The business that I was about to purchase showed great performance and provided all the initial information required. However, when I got the due diligence report, Greg Charlton (the head accountant/director of Sapphire) advised me that there are many things which HE FELT that the seller is hiding in the deal and which financials cannot expose, but will eventually come out once I have completed the purchase and thats when the can of worms will open. Things got a bit messy once I informed the business that I will no longer be requiring their business. I was never contact by the accountants about how I wanted to proceed, instead, they just sent me a minutes of a meeting, which I was not present at nor did I know of, and charged me $440 for that privilege, to me this is FORGERY. Then when I refused to pay for the 12 months in advance payment, they threatened myself with legal action. POOR, POOR business practices Greg and Shawn. Use a different accounting firm as their prices are way to high for the service you really get. Was a loyal client
