After a very disrupted flight from Auckland last night aboard QF56 we arrived almost 3hrs late. We contacted LCL from Canberra where we had been diverted, they pulled out all the stops and met us pretty much off the plane.

I would like to express my gratitude and send a massive thank you to John who dropped me off at the airport. He was friendly, kind hearted and made the 2 hour journey feel enjoyable, conversation was light hearted and witty and it was such a pleasant ride. He also went above and beyond, stopping at a servo when I was having a coughing fit.

Awesome!! Couldn’t be happier with their services. I had my wedding about 3 weeks ago & the Drivers & office staff were amazing! Always ran on time or early, I was nervous on my way to my wedding & not only my dad but our driver made me feel so comfortable & relaxed! We also had a limo for our airport run for our honeymoon, Unbelievable service! Would highly recommend for any occasion! 10/10 for leisure coast limos! The best!

These guys are awesome..!! My luggage went missing on a trip home from the Airport. The lengths they went to, finding my luggage and bringing to my home (way outside of their area of operation and normal working hours) was truly remarkable. A huge thanks to Rob my driver for being so courteous and attentive to me and my bridesmaids on the day of my wedding recently. A last minute wardrobe malfunction meant that we were running slightly late than the agreed pick up time and he waited patiently then offered the three of us slightly manic women a glass of champagne to calm our nerves which was much appreciated!

I booked this service for a colleague of mine last week when she had a trip to Melbourne. They picked her up from her house and dropped her at the airport.
On her trip home, her flight was delayed by two hours. She tried to call the after hours contact number provided 10 times but there was no answer. There was an option to press 1 if it was urgent and she did, however, nobody answered.
In the end, she had to catch a train home even though this service was already paid for.
There is poor communication within this service, they are unreliable and we won't be using them again.

This is by far the worst service encountered by a company offering airport transfer service. The driver called at the very last minute as he is early (way before the scheduled pickup time) and told us in a very rude manner to be ready in 15 mins or he will leave without us. The passengers travelling are two elderly women which the driver did not offer to help carry the heavy cabin bags. He also left the passengers at an inconvenient spot, far from the departure entrance where the elderly passengers had to drag the heavy bags and walk.

Used the company twice for an airport pick up to home and both times been left waiting an hour in the van before even leaving the airport., whilst the driver found other passengers.
The train would have been quicker and less than a third of the cost.
It's not the drivers fault - they were both very very nice - the office staff should advise of the timeframes they feel are exceptable- which is clearly over an hour- as in both cases all of the other passengers flights were on time.
