Our 15 yr old son dropped his phone in water we took his phone in on the sat afternoon. The service we received to have it fixed was fantastic. Our son was wrapped as he had to pay for it. Highly recommend

I had my ipad glass replaced here after damaging it. It was replaced in a few hours and is as good as new and came with a 12 month workmanship warranty which is a bonus. Will use again for repairs in the future.

I was greeted with a smile and eager staff wanting to help me. They made no guarantee that they could fix my phone but were willing to try. When I picked it up they said they thought they may have fixed the problem, but as it was happening intermittently they told me to come back if it happened again. I can’t say more how I appreciate being helped, so far so good with the phone but I’m so happy with the service and reasonable cost 👍🏼

I had charging issue so took my phone in and they cleaned the charging port, removing lots of compacted lint from the port, then checked it was working. This took about 5 minutes, they did a thorough job so I was surprised there was no charge which doesn't happen much these days. Thank you to Mobile Phone Repairs Port Macquarie.

Attention to detail is lacking. If you get repairs done here stress to the owner that you want it done right and check it properly before paying and leaving the store.
Overall the prices are good and when prompted the work quality of work is fair(?)
We did have some issues but the owner did work hard to rectify the situation. Sadly they use cheap and nasty parts and the poor quality is very noticeable but they try and pass it off as fine. All efforts to rectify the issues we're pointless as they fitted the same dodgy parts.
Furthermore they consistently fail take responsibility for their shoddy

I have had an inconsistent experience with this business. One technician was very helpful and went out of his way to obtain a tool I needed, selling it to me at a marginal cost.
On another occasion I spoke to a different person about having the battery in my LG Nexus 5 replaced and was told it would take a day or two to find a suitable replacement therefore it wasn't possible to quote a price. That sounded reasonable so I left my contact details and waited for a call or email. It never came so I went elsewhere.
